Between 21 and 22 May the 40th National Wine Competition was organized where there was 262 wineries with 900 items. This year it was possible to enter in 6 different categories:
- white – 394 items
- red – 292 items
- rosé – 81 items
- natural sweet / wine speciality of Tokaj – 79 items
- champagne – 39 items
- sparkling wine – 15 items
These wines were criticized by-approximately-60 judges. The awards of the National Wine Competition 2019 were given on the 25th June. Our winery won 2 gold and 2 silver medals which were taken over by our main winemaker, József Lamport.

Vili Papa cuvée 2009 – Gold Medal Cabernet sauv. sup. 2015 – Gold Medal
Bikavér Superior 2013 – Silver Medal Bikavér Classicus 2015 – Silver Medal
