Egri Cabernet Franc – Merlot 2020
Classic dry red wine with a protected designation of origin.
Region: Eger wine region, Novaj Juhszalagos hill, Szomolya Nagyvölgy hill.
Plantation: Guyot cultivation method, planted in 240×100 cm rows. Clayish loam soil with a 5% to 7% south by southwestern slope, and mild, basic clay-leaching brown forest earth.
Vintage, Vinification: Healthy grapes, fine flaouvor could be harvested in 2015 as well. The hot, dry summer, early autumn sunshine with high sugar degrees in accordance with spacific acids.
Wine Description: Friendly, nice tannin content, round by aging. Thanks to the two varieties the wine has spicy and fruity notes in addition to the barrique barrel aging that unifies the wine.
Alcohol content: 14%, acid content: 4,8 g/l.
Recommendation: Serve with grilled food, poultry feathered game, rabbit. It would perfectly accompany rabbit with vegetables made in an iron pot, preferably consumed at 16-18°C.
Storage: Lay bottles in standard temperature, cool, even climate, protected from direct sunlight.
