Thanks to Cabernet Dorsa grapes, this amazing rosé comes with strawberry- like color with a hint of cherry, and has intense aromas. The reductive technology and the using of stainless steel tanks helped us to keep its natural CO2 content even after bottling. Best choice for light fish-based dishes or as an aperitif at hot summer nights cool down to 8-9 °C.
