Egri Syrah Superior Selection 2021
The harvest at the end of September gave us a Syrah with perfect ripeness. To help highlight the aroma and taste of the variety, we used a 20-month second-time-used barrel maturation, along with a long bottle maturation. As a result, we obtained a juicy and varied wine with an extremely long finish. For lovers of the Syrah variety, it can be consumed on its own, just for the beauty of the wine, but it can also be a perfect choice alongside vension and beef dishes, consumed at 18 degrees Celsius.
