Siheder 2020

Our dry, red wine, which is called Siheder ( = means young adult) meant to fulfill a new consumer need. We thought it would be a great idea to make a young, fresh, and fruity red wine. We choose Cabernet Dorsa to help us make our plan to live because we can harvest this type relatively early – compared to other grape types -, near the end of August. We succeed: the final product became a dark-ruby, fresh fruity, and tasteful one, with an unusual method, reductive technology! We are looking forward to the audience’s reaction, to verify us. Hungary’s worldwide known poet, Sándor Petőfi wrote a poem, János Vitéz ( John the Valiant) which has a verse, that inspired us before any plans and along the whole process:
“When I’d grown up a little, though still just a sprout,
My heart was beginning to fidget about!”
